Within our service area of Maryland, Baltimore Metro Region and Hanover, PA, our standard Home Energy Audit includes an Infrared Thermal Imaging Scan of the interior and exterior of your residence. Prices include a site visit and interview with you, the homeowner, at which time the energy audit is conducted and data is collected. Most of the computations and analyses will be completed later and a report will be provided to the homeowner.

Clients are free to contact us after reviewing the report with questions they may have regarding the information, recommendations or implementation.  Prices are based primarily on the square footage (sq ft) of the conditioned living space, and are as follows:

Single-Family Residential Energy Audit:
Up to 1,200 sq ft                $300.00
1,201 to 2,000 sq ft           $375.00
2,001 to 4,000sq ft            $485.00
4,001 and up call for a quote.....
